From what age can a child learn to skate?

The appropriate age to start the training process in the direction of racing skating is between 4 and 5 years. The basic and cognitive psychomotor development ends at the age of 3 years and the following year performs a process of adaptation to the different movements acquired at this stage.

Cognitive development at this stage plays a very important role because at this age, children reach a high percentage of concentration to execute an activity. On the other hand, the physiological maturation, in these ages and the musculoskeletal structures begin to strengthen so that this allows incorporating or conditioning an additional element such as inline skate or in 4 supports (quad skates)

This is how the physical and psychological development of children is achieved so that they can learn to skate naturally.
